It is very seldom to have a pure Syphon coffee. There are a lot of choices of coffee from different parts of the world. The coffee is well prepared with details. Excellent coffee!

Very wild range of coffee. The menu even tell you with a graph on how strong and favour of the coffee. Coffee is really good. They even open 1st day of Chinese New Year. It’s an easy dainty small. Coffee is not cheap but still affordable.

Note: You can only pay with Octopus Card, credit and debit cards, or cash. Another note, There's no additional service charge. Food: 4/5 I've gotten the large size "Columbia Decaf", which they describe as "City roast, apple, brown sugar and rutty" for HKD70. I'll say it's on the expensive side, but the rich flavor makes up for it, the coffee I got did indeed have a roasted flavor with a hint of apple taste. It's a bit bitter with a hint of sweetness in the aftertaste, definitely one of the better, if not best coffe I've drank in a cafe at this area. The only downside which I see is a big turn-off is really the price, even for the size, it's pretty expensive despite the quality, but if you want a one-time experience(Like if you're on a trip to Hong Kong), then I'll say give it a try, it's an experience that's rare in Hong Kong. Service: 5/5 They were very welcoming and kind despite my lack of Chinese proficiency. They were very respectful and even carefully asked the details of the order. Atmosphere: 4/5 They offer both take-out and dine in options, they allow to chill in there even while waiting for your takeaway order. There is plenty of air-conditioning inside, and even offer comfy seating inside.

Nice Americano with no bitter taste. Ice milk tea can be bland for those used to taste strong flavor. Egg sandwiches came with well buttered without sogginess. Not too crowded and can be quite relaxing enjoying your own things.

The most incredible coffee we have ever had, we ordered 'Honduras Sherry Whiskey Barrel Fermentation', and wasn't sure what to expect and fell in love with it. We drink our coffee black which I think allowed us to fully be amazed by the flavor. A bit expensive for daily visits, but would 100% recommend. Clearly run by someone who is passionate about coffee.
